SATYA SUPPORTS OUR FRONT LINE EMERGENCY RESPONDERS AND HEALTHCARE WORKERS

.CALL US FOR MORE INFORMATION ON HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOUR NEEDS.

As the number of cases increase, so does our anxiety, isolation and risk of financial strain.  Your mental health matters.  What can you do?

Key points while navigating the current pandemic:

  • Limit the amount of data gathering from multiple sites.  Utilize credible resources to get the latest information such as the CDC and WHO.

  • Create and/or maintain a routine.  As the days pass, losing structure can have negative impacts to our physical and mental health.

  • Schedule virtual social time.  Have a standing appointment with your support system to check-in and reduce social isolation.

  • Continue to use preventative measures: washing hands, following your local guidelines regarding health and safety precautions, practice social distancing.

Remind yourself, I have some control.  But what else?

For many, there is an experience of grief: of their social time, of losing their job, losing a loved one.
